Now my stitches have been removed, I can return to bathing.
Running a hot 🛀 bath –
A combination of health salts and some of my favourite bath bubbles. Luxurious and calming. The salts heal my aching body and the bubbles make the bath a little more fun and relaxing. If I so desire, I could throw a rubber duck in to enhance the experience.
Living in the moment not wondering what I have to do / what I did that day. Washing away life’s stresses. Allowing me to find inner peace.
Followed by some soothing music and a walk in nature. Just what my healing body and mind needs.
